I am a Fellow at the Lyndon B. Johnson School of Public Affairs, University of Texas at Austin and
an Assistant Professor of Economics (on leave) at the School of Economics, University of Nottingham.

I received my Ph.D. in Management from The University of California, Los Angeles, Anderson School of Management in 2018, and worked as a post-doctoral fellow at Columbia Business School from 2018 to 2020. I received M.A. in Economics from The New Economic School and M.A. and B.A. in Oriental and African Studies from The Moscow State University.

My research interests focus primarily on gender, cultural norms, discrimination, and social justice.
